Jones, on the other hand.... I don't know what the frick he's doing or even trying to do. Yes, he made a brilliant pass... But could Zusi (or Feilhaber or Bradley) not have made a similar pass in a similar position? Apart from that one pass, Jones was a wandering, erratic disaster.

Agree about Jones. He's just not good enough for the midfield to rely on him to moving forward into the right spaces and maintaining possession when pressed. Bradley had a bad night with free kicks but a majority of his errant passes in open play seemed to expect runs that should have been made or he was caught in possession when Williams and Jones both made the same run and abandoned him.

Not sure what to even say about the fullbacks. Chandler, I suppose needs to be cap tied in the future because if FIFA reviews yesterday's absolute non-performance they may not count it. Not sure I've seen a player play such a miserable game in every facet in a long time.

Johnson was better with some bright moments but his defending was woefully casual. I pray it wasn't by design that he just sauntered dreamily out toward players looking to play crosses (like on the first goal). Jesus.

I completely agree. Anytime Bradley looked bad, it was usually attributed to zero movement by the rest of the team.

Like many people harped on. Where's the width!?! Not one of the front six prefers to be on the outside. I think all Brek Shea has to do is prove he can stand on his two feet to start for the USMNT.
