Inverting the Pyramid is well-researched and really interesting. The big thing about Wilson is that he's intensely readable. You can easily get invested into the arc of the narrative and not realize it, which is impressive, especially with a sportswriter. The only other sportswriter who I think is more impressive is Joe Posnanski.

I believe a revised and updated edition of Inverting the Pyramid is due out November 5th. I believe I'll wait til then to get it.
