Since it is a player who has joined or is joining the EPL after the draft. I don't think he is treated with the same free agency rules.

Correct. WSE has stated this MANY times in this thread. The only players you can add as free agents are players that were already in the EPL at the start of the season. Players transferring into the league cannot be picked up via free agency.
Go look at the rules. The link has been in the OP since the start of this thread. 2.2 CLEARLY states how transfers are handled.

Hey, I got a question. You have Silva listed as a forward and EPL's fantasy site has him as a midfielder. Also, you have Sturridge as a midfielder and EPL's site has him as a forward so are we going to go by what you have them listed as? I'd like to have things the same as the EPL's fantasy site, if possible.
