When you get in the final third, diagonal runs behind the backline are few and far between. So it ends up with you dribbling into their defense and trying to take some stupid shot or just passing around with your midfielders a bunch.

Every game I notice dozens of opportunities for runs to be made, only to watch the player just stand there. I'd understand it if playing with lower skill sides, but when you play with Barcelona, the runs should be frequent and smart.

I hope they make teams more aggressive in the transfer market. If I list Ribery or Robben for sale, someone should be trying to buy them.

absolutely. I had Torres listed for four consecutive seasons without one bid.

And if young players don't actually get better in this year's game, I'll lose my mind.

Again, I'm not having this issue at all. Now I know that a couple others have had issues with other things also. Here is one review on the demo. LINK

Are you guys triggering runs with R1? I don't mean the one two pass, I mean, when you've got the ball, look at your team mate, press R1 and watch him scoot off up field. I find the full backs cover pretty well, even when they've come upfield to provide some extra pressure, so getting a man free behind a full back usually requires me to have 3 players in one area, with two going on runs. If the cpu has 2 players to defend against me, one will be trying to tackle the ball carrier and one following the first runner, leaving another guy free.

Probably going to play as Milan a lot as I've been learning to use the skills, particularly the rabona fake and the new elastico chop and Milan have four 5* players.
