Garcia just completed his freshman year at UNC and was an FC Dallas Academy player. Slight in size, but a true #10 with superb technical skills.
Purportedly, he began recieving heavy interest from abroad due to his standout play with the U20s. That's what prompted Dallas to lock him up.

He's the same height as FC Dallas' current CAM, David Ferreira. He can learn the arts of being fouled and superb passing from him.
