Brekkers has been suspended for three games and fined an undisclosed amount for hitting a referee with a ball. I'm so sick of the damn disciplinary committee in this league and the jokers who are the MLS refs. They are terrible. Brek should have been carded for the offense in game, but no card was shown. Instead, they hand out the suspension and fine several days later.

So I haven't seen video of him "kicking the ball" at the ref. what exactly did he do? Did he really unload on the ball from a short distance or what? That would be idiotic, I still <3 brek though

I don't understand why a yellow was not given and then just move on. FCD has been on the wrong end of calls the past 5 or 6 games. We get shown red cards nearly every game, and opponents can slide into challenges spikes up and not receive a card. MLS and its bull shite disciplinary committee hates FCD
