that's well said too. The guys at the US bs england game spent lots of money to travel to south Africa to watch that match and that's a pretty much once in a lifetime opportunity.
Though I still think their reaction was a bit over the top but frick it, who am I to judge.

Ok that explains it...I'd cry to if I had to go home to Jackson, MS...I may hang everything on a U.S. goal to feel inspired.
Please ask him to get on the board and explain himself.

He got some money for graduating college and he spent it all on the World Cup flight and tickets. Soccer fanatic to the bone.

People always cry over sporting events. saints winning the superbowl red soxs winning the series. Especially win your team overcomes incredible odds just to make the tournament. then has a shot at advancing.
On a completely different note I think Ronnie is gay.

No matter the game...if I hear a crowd singing the national anthem in unity..I will tear up. (no matter what level if you can feel that emotion...not if just people are waiting for it to be over)
So when it's a national team that i'm invested in...I will tear up after huge moments. I always have. So it's not really soccer..but when I tear up for National pride...I can't help it
