In an interview with the New York Post.

He'll end up in the MLS, it's his wish. It could be soon, certainly no longer than a medium term wait for the American football public.

Kaka at DC/Seattle(although, it'd be incredibly tough for the Sounders) would be awesome.

Since it doesn't look like the Cosmos are coming to the MLS anytime soon (ownership keeps butting heads with Garber), it may be that NYRB might want to get him. They'd have to unload a designated player like Rafa Marquez or buy a new slot, but it's possible.

Yea, it's so weird... You would figure these galacticos would just be lining up to play in Columbus Ohio...

Article made him sound as if he was someone who enjoyed the US and bought an apartment in NYC because it's NYC, not because he wants to play soccer in New Jersey.

Didn't sound like they were actively working towards a move to MLS either.

of course not, he still believes he's at the top of his game. it will be done shortly, as mentioned, mid-term max.

the english was not as good as the Spanish (the interview and article were obviously translated).
