Estiarte was a great water polo player on the national side. I believe they were world champs once, possibly twice. Professionally, he played at FCB.

The others are supposed to be top shelf as well, it seems they devised both a scouting and game analysis and prepartion system, which are supposed to be über avant garde.

I watched a couple of videos of training. The small sided game was where Pep got the most animated. He seemed to be yelling at Boateng at one point.

Yeah it sounds pretty exciting, I'm interested to see how things play out. Jupp had squad harmony at an all time high, I'm hoping that stays the same. Isn't Pep a guy all the players love? I seem to remember that about him.
