What is your opinion on Julian Draxler. I've read a lot that he is a top 5 Bundesliga talent, right behind Gotze and Reus.

Nah, he's not there yet but he's a good player. Getting consistent playing time was the only thing holding him back but he's starting to get that now. He's got tons of potential, already has 3 caps at 19 years old.
