I see what you did there.

I'm still stunned we got him for 12 million pounds.

Until Chelsea or Man City or Man U steals him and he's caught partying with prostitutes after a WCQ qualifying match.

He doesn't to be as big physically though. Atleast not yet. Arteta has been Arsenal's best player over the last two seasons. Just look at the record when he wasn't in the squad.

The only thing he needs to continue to improve on is his positioning. He's been forced into our DM role without Lucas and it's slightly foreign to him (despite playing it a few times last season). He has been caught sleeping a few times and needs to cut that out of his game. I love how he puts 100% into each and every pass he makes. Just like Arteta, a lazy/misplaced pass is rare. Rodgers has been talking up his offensive ability so I can't wait until Lucas comes back and Allen pushes forward to see what he's really made of.

Get Lucas back and put Allen forward is the call.

I agree he is a future great.

Is Allen still hanging around 90% passing?

Rounded up, that would be an A- where I went to school. Pretty good.

What site has running stats for EPL players? I've had trouble finding a good one.

Yup. Arteta is at 93.77%. Top 2 in players over 300 passes.

Arteta is the only player in the league with over 650 passes. Arteta, Allen, Cazorla and Gerrard are 4 of the 6 players in the league with 500+.

I pay for EPLindex. It's a few bucks a month but it's incredible. whoscored was the free site I used to use.

Your finishing and defense needs to step up. But those stats bode well for an entire season.

The defense will come around once Coates takes the reigns from Skrtel. The offense won't until January. Don't be surprised if Liverpool are still in the bottom half of the table at that point.

Beast without Cazorla our attack would be stagnant and we would struggle for goals. He is at the heart of everything we do offensively.

Nah he may get 5-10 mins if the game is already decided. It will be another couple weeks before he will be fit enough to start.
