Herrera has snubbed PSG to move on a free and will stay at United.

Are you feeling confident enough to offer another poster a ban bet over it?

Yes, that’s another €35-40 I believe.
I’ve read that some expect them to spend €200ish mil.
James will also probably be purchased since his loan is up at the end of this year. But who knows.

Paul Pogba is serious about playing for Real Madrid next season
Paul Pogba could be the subject of significant transfer speculation between now and the end of the season, however with Manchester United's leaders assuming they'll have to negotiate his sale, they will try to take a number of Real Madrid stars as part of any deal. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer attempted to quell speculation linking the French midfielder with a summer move to Spain by suggesting that Pogba would be an important part of the club's future, yet it's believed that the player has made his mind up and is ready to move on. If that proves to be the case and the will of the player is significant, Manchester United are aware they will have little choice but to explore their options with regards to negotiations, just as Juventus did when the player made clear his desire to return to Old Trafford in 2016.
A number of weeks ago, Pogba instructed agent Mino Raiola to investigate the possibility of leaving Manchester for Madrid in the summer, although there is an acceptance that Los Blancos felt slighted by his decision to reject them to join United for what was then a world record transfer fee. It's believed by some that Pogba wishes to be in place with Los Merengues by July 1, and the Dutch agent has promised him he will do everything in his power to fulfil the midfielder's wish.
Real Madrid have made little to no movement at this stage, but they've listened to what Pogba wants through the words of Raiola, they wish to have a full grasp of the situation and all its intricacies before they engage the powers that be at Manchester United.
Zinedine Zidane has long been an admirer of the World Cup winning star and would love to coach him at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu, especially with the winds of change swirling around the European champions, both on and off the pitch. Manchester United are in a difficult position of their own, mainly due to the contract handed to Alexis Sanchez, and they are fighting a battle to keep a number of peripheral first-team figures who have expiring contracts. The David de Gea situation is another matter, although one in which United lack any real strength, and it seems as though the lessons have been learnt from the sale of Cristiano Ronaldo in 2009, with the club likely to demand players in exchange for Pogba.
Additional funds are of no real use to a club of such vast wealth, however given the fact United have endured such difficulties with recruitment of late, securing ready made stars from the Spanish capital would be a huge incentive to acquiesce to Pogba's desire to leave. Two names stand well above the rest, and they are Gareth Bale and Raphael Varane, and it's clear that the duo, who are both assessing their own positions in Madrid, could hold the key to unlocking Pogba's transfer to Real Madrid.

Sam Lee saying City’s top target this summer isn’t Saul, but his teammate Rodri.
Supposedly has a €70 mil buyout.
Started his career with Atletico when he was 11, but was released and went to Villarreal when Atletico cut him at age 16.
He only joined Atletico back in May of 2018 so if the city interest rumors are true it will be interesting what he decides to do. I’d assume he’ll stay, but Atletico is only getting older and haven’t really made many smart choices in the market as of late.
The sides quality is definitely trending somewhat down as well with Hernandez and Godin on the way out.

Well, the rumour is both Citeh and United are after both, and will sign that which they don't get (Saúl being first choice and more expensive).

PSG set to offer Ander Herrera 12M euro per season
PAUL ELLIS AFP
French media report that the current Manchester United player is poised to secure a deal with the Ligue 1 side.
After six seasons with Old Trafford side Manchester United, all signs point to the Basque player moving to Ligue 1 for the 2019/20 campaign. Reports from France state that Herrera and agency AC Talent have signed a pre-agreement with the Parisian club with a weekly salary of 233,000 euro already established between both sides. Herrera is a free agent as of June 30 (2019) with the French side not having to pay-out to secure his services.
French journalist Geoffroy Garétier maintains that the deal between both partes is "not yet signed but a heads of agreement have been agreed. This pre-agreement was received by the club's finance department this week but has yet to be rubber stamped.

We aren’t buying Saul. His reported buyout is €150 mil and he signed like a nine-year contract last year. If United wants to make him like the third most expensive player of all time then I would throw a parade in the streets. I haven’t even seen a report of United having interest in him, but I wouldn’t be surprised since they pretty much try to poach any player City are after.
It came out today from a few papers in Spain that Rodri has asked to leave. Obviously with the reported interest from Pep, it makes it an easy rumor to sell papers and the Spanish media is pretty shite at reporting facts in this sport.
But who knows.

Thorgan Hazard doesn't want to sign a new deal with Gladbach. He has one more year on the current contract.
