Rumors of AFC inquiring about PSG's Javier Pastore?
Posted on 9/2/13 at 10:51 am to BraveTiger225
we all know Bale is great but his transfer fee is a reach. with that being said, as bad as he wanted to join RM and with their bankroll, the fee was never an option. what do y'all think he's worth? meaning if he had a transfer fee what range would you think it would be around?

Wenger finally caught on to the League's strategy this year of everyone in the top 6 buying 10 attacking midfielders.

Let's catch up some gossip. Wigan and Everton are a standstill over James McCarthy. Wigan want £15m and all of it at once.

€40m for Bale seems more than fair to me.

I would have put Bale between €50-60m. Same with Ozil.

agreed
if i have time later today, once the transfer period is done, i may calculate what real's profits/losses were this transfer window. this offseason is nothing like the kaka/ronaldo/alonso offseason

Middlesbrough going for a big signing in the Championship to get Jelle Vossen from Genk. Would be a big upgrade as they seek promotion.

ETA: Fellaini rumors picking up steam...I'm getting excited...
Apparently Belgium is letting him arrive at NT camp a day or two late, presumably so he can work a deal out today.
In other news, Kei Kamara is in England, either because of a potential move or because he had to go there before flying to Sierra Leone for NT duty. If he goes, I would like to see him at Crystal Palace out of the teams listed in this article.
ETA: credit to pville for posting this in the SKC thread, but SKC CEO tweeted this. Almost surely about Kei.

This is not easy, but sometimes in sports you have to make tough, unpopular decisions. This is one of those days. #skcnation

BUNDESLIGA (from Sky):
Stuttgart have signed Karim Haggui from Bundesliga rivals Hannover just before the transfer window shuts. The Tunisian arrives to plug the gap left by the departure of Serdar Tasci to Spartak Moscow on Friday
