I just got back from the Academy in Auburn. They were sold out of short sleeve shirts by the time I got inside, but I picked up a couple of banner flags, and about 100 free "Roll Tide" Academy sports posters.

this actually creates a dilema for me. I have a 2009 NC hat I put up, but now I will get a 2011 NC hat. So do I wear the 09 or have another to put up now?

Just got back from Academy and there was like 600+ people it was a traffic jam in the parking lot.

That's actually a sweet dilema to be in my friend. My LSU hat that was my Game Day this year is probably one of my favorite hats I've ever had, I thought I would have to retire it for good after this year with a win tonight. As it turns out, it sucks I will be able to wear it from now on, which is cool because it's a great hat and I will enjoy wearing it out and on more days than just on game days on Saturday, but in some weird kind of way I would have enjoyed being denied the pleasure of showing it off the rest of the year and being forced to retire it with a victory.
My advice is to follow your normal fan hood superstition. If you retired the Championship hat in 2009, and that tradition led to another Championship in 2011, then retire this 2011 hat into your shine.
Hopefully, either way it will all matter not, and your shrine will be empty next year and I will get to retire my 2012 Game Day hat for good next year with a Championship.
