Alabama was clearly the better team. Saban proved he's the best coach in college football and honestly LSU didn't belong on the field with Bama tonight. Congrats Bama!

Alabama planned for Lee. We used JJ.

This time Alabama planned for JJ. We used JJ.

Easy, we both played not to lose and won.

Today, CNS threw everything at us and we use the SAME fricking gameplan from Nov 5th...

We do well with long lay-offs, but the bye weeks are more difficult to manage for some reason.

it wouldnt mattered if you had JLEE tonight or not...this defense wasnt going to be denied tonight

I think that is a big factor. The coaching staff earned their money tonight and the players executed a great game plan.

They were better and we got lucky. They've been saying it and we needed an arse kicking to believe it.

It's probably not much harder than that.

I think he was saying in November JJ caught them off guard and that allowed us to move the ball some and tonight they were prepared. We don't have a QB on our roster that could have helped us out tonight.

McElwain had the offense rolling and the defense sniffed out the option perfectly.

Also JJ is a pussy and failed at running the option. You are doing it wrong when the end is able to make the QB pitch and then run down the back for a TFL.

Alabama was a wounded animal tonight. YOU LEAVE WOUNDED ANIMALS THE frick ALONE. Seriously, on the 5th both teams played not to lose. Alabama played with a chip and to leave nothing on the field. Especially the D. LSU continued to play not to lose. NO slight, just how I saw it.

well it come of as the op thought that JLEE might have put LSU over the edge tonight for the win...if that was his point im going to have to respectfully disagree

I don't know if Lee would have gotten us the win, but I think our offense would have been a bit more competitive (which would have given our D a rest). It was hard for our defense to keep up with our offense constantly going 3 and out. We needed to run the ball and go deep on play action. Can't do that with JJ.
