McCarthy was reported as saying he will not tear up Biden's State of Corruption/Confusion speech..... saw it on the Newsmax or RAV crawl earlier this afternoon.

He should just stand up, present the document/script by holding it out in front him as if to tear it in half until the reaction subsides, then repeat the action to his right, then to his left, and simply sit back down. No harm, no foul, message sent.
