Why the Dims are pushing the abortion limits

They know RGB is fixing to croak and this is their desperate ploy to make abortion the centerpiece issue as Trump's nomination makes her way through the Senate. They want also 2020 voters thinking about the abortion issue which has been on the political back burner for quite some time.

They are simply codifying Casey in the unlikely scenario that Roe and Casey are overturned by the Supreme Court.
