That’s always a factor, regardless of the crime, and the races of the actors.
After much discussion were they finally charged with a hate crime.
Reverse those races and the official hate crime charges come about 30 seconds after they are charged.
I think to deny a double, triple or even a quadruple standard in regards to media coverage and punishment in the judicial system with regards to interracial crime is being disingenuine at best if not downright dishonest.
