Why don’t republicans accept more low hanging fruit policies to appeal to moderates?

Why do you care what people stick their dick in or scissor, as long as it isn’t kids, what’s the issue? Heterosexual catholic priests excluded

How about making it a state issue instead of a federal one? Tennessee doesn’t agree with murdering your child because they would cramp your lifestyle so you can’t get a legal on in the state?zero federal funding, zero state license issued in states that disagree with the practice. States that choose to can issue the medical license and support them.
