Are you so obtuse to think that changing the rules of voting would not change the outcome?
Millions upon millions of Repubs do not waste their time voting in CA or NY. This would change if it became a popular vote. I'm sure you will throw in a consistently red voting state and try to say the reverse is true for Dems, however, simply look at the populations of said states and you will quickly realize you are wrong.
I can't tell if you are a troll, simply misinformed, a communist, or literally retarded. I just can't tell. You could quite easily be any, or all of the above.

I also believe we need a National ID for voting, paid for by our tax dollars. You don't provide your ID you don't vote.

There is no need to exclude people based on race or gender but it should be you get to vote twice if you pay taxes and you should get an extra vote for each person you employ and each piece of property you own.
