When Darwinism (survival of the fittest) was replaced with a government check. The stupid are outbreeding the intelligent 4 to 1. Look no further than someone that would vote for Warren or Sanders. They may be educated (indoctrinated) but not really intelligent.

Let's rename 'financially stable' to 'middle class.'
The dirty little secret that the Dems won't talk about is that you can't pay for any programs by soaking the rich. There aren't enough rich people to soak. It's a bell curve. The middle class is where all the money is.
So, paying for the poor requires punishing the middle class.
