The second we stop thinking about race. Identity politics are cancer. Even the Civil Rights Movement was a direct reaction of white identity politics. frick identity politics and move onto ideological politics.

This is correct. Integration is only accomplished by force or its threat and an unnatural condition.
Unfortunately with political groups thinking of fellow citizens as the enemy it will escalate as compromise untenable.
Diversity is no strength. Strength is a unified people of like minds and values.
