So basically Daniels broke the NDA, right? When she took the money, there was a "meeting of the minds" and an agreement was made and binding.

She, like a million others, never thought Trump would be prez

She wants to make money off of it, but cannot. Because she took the money. Sucks to be her. Because if she was all that bright, she wouldn't have gone into porn, now would she?

So what is the penalty for breaking the agreement when a large sum of money is involved and a persons life and peace of mind is affected? I seem to remember a situation where just the emotional damage done by someone not being able to buy a wedding cake cost 135K and someones life and business was ruined. They didn't have any agreement about anything. So what will her penalty be?
