There is a rough plan in place, but there is still much to be done. Planning takes money you know. In any case, do you think Nancy "pass the bill to see what's in it" Pelosi gives a damn what is being proposed? Have Dems poured over the $4.4T budget and applied the same level of scrutiny to ensure that every line item has an air tight proposal in place? How many billions have we wasted on the government shutdown to deny funding for the wall? How many more billions will we waste battling it in the courts?
Dems have their narrative: "Trump is abusing his executive powers by declaring a national emergency to fund the wall". All they want is to paint Trump as the bad guy. Now they can do that. We shall see if the public agrees, but in the meantime, quit wasting government resources.

I agree they should do this. The feds have the absolute right to enact legislation regarding the security and reliability of federal elections.

I love the man, but Reagan got rolled by the Dems. And a wall/physical barrier is absolutely necessary.
