Good analysis. Sadly, it looks like the communist are going to convict our conservative hero and warrior, but I think he has serious appeals to challenge the legitimacy of the Jan6 hearings. I wonder if that has been Bannon's gamble the whole time?

Well. In this day and age non-violent offenders aren't put in jail anyway so he shouldn't even see jail time.
