This is a false premise. Biological males are not barred from participating in sports with other biological males.

Likewise a biological female, who undergoes hormone treatments that render it unfair for her to compete with other biological females is either choosing that route or, if otherwise allowable, can compete with biological males.

No one is being "barred" from competing, AFAIK. Just unfairly competing.
