Still pretty good if you sell in the Public Sector space.
Also, it’s worth noting that the positions that are being cut in tech are generally administrative or support/specialist roles.

I can find QA and BAs by the boatload.... developers are a tougher find.
Indians are fine for mindless tasks, just don't expect them to think.

The big consulting firms have been quietly laying people off, it’s not just tech.

For some reason, execs can't help themselves. F500 companies should start training their execs how to smell bullshite and not fall for angles that sales people make. They will make you think you got one over on them when in reality they hooked you in and have attached themselves to you. At this point you have to try and make the offshoring a success or else it'll make you look bad so you double down. I see companies lose tons of money all the time listening to consultants.
