Thanks - I wonder what legal grounds they used to arrest him? I mean, I'm glad they did, but how did that work? Good to see someone was willing to stick their neck out and call out the parole board.

At ~ 2:10 in that video, the prosecutor says "Honestly, I think this (his release) shocks the conscious of all Californians, with the exception of our parole board."
Not true. The legislature passed the law allowing it, Newsom signed it, the people, the majority, voted for this. Plus some dead people and illegals, probably.
