First off, get my way? You mean a fair wage? Conditions? Why were they going strike? Was there fair negotiations? My local has a no strike clause. We haven’t striked in the 7 years I’ve been in it but in the 12 I was in the military I’ve had to worry about government shutdowns because politicians didn’t get their way.

Have you actually fired a union worker?

Dude you automatically think I’m lazy because I’m a union member? I also spent 12 years in the military spent more time deployed than home which is why I needed a change. I loved both! My time deployed and as a union member.

I’ll ask around. I know people who’ve worked out of that local but it’s not my local.

Go work on a non union verses union job. There’s a big difference.

they used to be. Now they are the reason why a truck costs $80k. The reason for unions to exist have long since been legislated away. Unions are a form of pyramid scheme, it's great for the higher ups, but if you are new your job is just a bargaining chip to get the other last slobs higher up even more ridiculous wages for doing menial shite, or often for doing nothing

my dad did 30 years in the military. When he got out he got a job with the phone company where it was mandatory to join the communications workers of America. He got threatened with violence more than once for completing too many jobs as old man and making the others look bad, because they wanted to slack off half the day. The union never did anything about it, never did shite for him other than take his money. Unions fund the mob and the leftist political machine that's destroying the country
