If you just listen to Tulsi, she makes common sense
Your brother seems to be going off what he hears about Democrats saying about her rather than taking the time to listen to her words
She destroyed Harris in 2019, so much so, Harris tapped out with 1% of the primary votes, but some how Harris came back in 2024 with 75 million votes for President
