Black bears and Mexican bears interbreed. Jaguars are toast if they can't breed on both sides of that wall.
So your argument is for the Mexican "grizzly" bear which is presumed already extinct, Black bears whose main concentration of population is in the norther parts of the US and Canada, and finally the Jaguars whose natural habitat extends from South America up to the border? But this one area on the fringes of these animal's natural habitats is going to make these two species extinct? You're so full of shite your eyes are brown.

This is the list I found posted that they are most concerned about. The vast majority can FLY or climb with no issue.
Cactus Ferruginous Pygmy Owl
California brown pelican
California least tern
Chiricahua leopard frog
Desert tortoise
Elegant trogan
Flat-tailed horned lizard
Huachuca water umbel
Jaguar
Jaguarundi
Kearny's Bluestar
Least Bell's vireo
Lesser long-nosed bat
Light-footed clapper rail
Masked bobwhite quail
Mexican gray wolf
Mexican spotted owl
Ocelot
Sonoran chub
Sonoran pronghorn
Yellow billed cuckoo
The largest are the Mexican Gray Wolf whose habitat is far north of the border and are not known to exist elsewhere. and the Sonoran Pronghorn that exists mostly in central Mexico.
They are just trying to find reason to get more outrage toward trump and get more people against him to stop the construction.
EDIT: "Small range size is associated with a higher risk of extinction, and, according to the study, the wall puts additional stress on Arroyo toads, California red-legged frogs, black-spotted newts and Pacific pond turtles—all listed as endangered or threatened by the International Union for Conservation of Nature—and the jaguarondi, a small wildcat endangered in the U.S. and threatened in Mexico."

And the Great Wall of China works. They have almost no Mexicans.
The only one escaped and now works for Chili's. He's responsible for the Southwestern Eggroll.

Mexican black bears. We also have native Jaguars in NA. It's a genetic diversity thing. During their breeding seasons it's common for them to travel large distances.. and yes, they cross the border. From both sides.
I'm not saying don't build the wall because of wildlife issues. I'm just pointing out that it's one of the many concerns and that there will be unintended consequences.

Actually, when referring to animals, migration is the mass movement of a species to another area. Not the wonderings of a few individuals.
Actually.. migration is nothing more than the relatively long-distance movement of an individual on an annual/seasonal basis.
