Trump should send a passive aggressive mesg out through his social media posts.
"Since Biden is handing out blanket pardons to political friends who have not been charged with any crimes, I will pardon everyone in my administration on day one for all their future acts. It is important that my administration be able to work without fear of political retribution through Democrat lawfare."
