Possession of 20 grams is a federal misdemeanor, just like it's a misdemeanor in Florida
the federal penalty is actually less harsh than Florida's. Like i said previously, it changes nothing, but very well could embolden Florida's treatment of any amount of concentrate as being a felony, like it currently is.
