Technically they are correct about the MOCA being a screening instrument. You have to be rather impaired to miss items on it. I don't say this in support of their spin, but as someone who actually gives these tests and the more extensive ones they mention. Of course, if someone scored 30/30 on a MOCA in their Neurologist's office, they likely would never be sent to me for further evaluation.
