It's a big reason overlooked why no one wants to work. Don't want to deal with covid shite anymore. This is a deep issue of humanity People know it's nonsense, having to live a lie causes deep dread. Putin could probably take over the world today if he promised the people an end to all covid talk (and SJW HR departments)

The HIPPA comment is incorrect. They can ask all they want. It is the collection and storage of the information that comes into play. Are they compliant with ADA and EEOC standards for holding that confidential information is the jolt.

Actually, it's both.
HIPAA protects you against unauthorized disclosure of information you have already given. It does not protect you against certain entities requiring that information.

To a one, they've told her that they were informed that they "didn't meet the qualifications for the position". Eventually, she found out about the new-hire vax policy. She raised hell and is getting exemptions for folks.
