It's obvious that the Ukrainian biolabs have been mutating the Unicorn Brigade with elephant sized dongs so when they mount the Russians it will split them wide open

I am not a conspiracy theorist by any stretch, but I do study history. The US did not by any means give up on biologic and chemical weapons in the 70's. Nixon even made the comment "Those who lay down their swords for plowshares, will plow for those who didn't"....We may have slowed our roll, but we did not give it up. Fort Detrick Maryland is testament to that.
