The lockdown should have been more defined . Lockdown the people who are not growing GDP

Would this have made more sense?
Lockdown everyone 65 and older .
Anyone that is currently unemployed .
Anyone on welfare.
Anyone with a preexisting medical condition .
Let the people who grow the economy go about there normal lives .
Most of these people will catch corona but will be able to fight it off and become immune and help kill the virus and the economy lives on .
