Not if the people push for actual election transparency and integrity (see Miami/Dade).
And I agree with CA going red before Texas going blue, but only if election reforms are inacted. California was the test pilot in the 80's for what the "progressives" pushed in 2020. Mass mail in and proxy votes.

Not well, Repubs got more border Hispanic votes, but not a majority.
