If Taylor's testimony is so key, I'd be curious as to how Dems would expect to be able to get his testimony into evidence at the impeachment trial over objections of hearsay. Looks like a non-starter IMO.

Taylor is a rat, and he is a co-conspirator, but he is not the WB.
There is another swamp rat in the IC, possibly someone who was formerly had inside access to the WH and made connections with IC agents who would have transcribed the call.
