LSU’s athletics new program LSU United has some crazy goals but I have a question about Goal #3

quote:

Goal Three: Increase the number of underrepresented coaches in the athletics department

Serious question, do we only care about how many black coaches there are or do we need to hire some Asian, Indian, Latin American coaches?

Also, the players are majority black and no one cares. We have always loved our team, do people really think we would care if coaches are black?

We are ok with black players but we draw the line at coaches how ridiculous.

I realize that, but do we honestly think they are going to be looking to hire an Asian coach?

I don’t know of any Asian coaches and no one seems to be worried. Why?

If your a good coach LSU would hire shouldn’t be about race. Nikki Caldwell should have been fired yesterday

No. Did it suggest that?

No. So show me where the discrimination is? Show me why we need to judge someone by the color of their skin when we already don’t care if the whole team is black. It destroys the argument that people care about the color of the people on the field.

We want the best players and coaches period.

But it straight up means "black".

"Diversity" doesn't mean diversity as normal English-speaking folks use that word. In Wokespeak, "diversity" means, "more black" or the alternative definition is "fewer straight, white, Christian, "cis" ( ) males.

I dunno. You're the one reading "Why do they think we won't support black coaches?" into it.

Why is that?

Using the same rationale that means that there is systemic racism somewhere in the “system” that is discriminating against Asian football players right?

Proving my point, exactly. "Diversity" means more black/fewer white. Period. Full stop.

It's akin to feminists.

They'll howl about male CEO percentages but don't say a damn thing about brick layer percentages.

Modern day progressive movements are simply about supremacy. Progressives don't care that college football is 65% black (dunno the exact percentage, but it's certainly higher than 13% of the pop). They care about coaches though.

Basically it boils down to this....

Does it help my demographic?

If yes, then I really care about it and society needs it.

If no, then I don't care about it and don't want anyone focusing on it.

Is about to disappear. Their brains short out and they run when faced with real questions that their MSM handlers refuse to address.

What does "underrepresented" mean in this context, then?

Asians and Latinos are underrepresented like a motherfricker. But, it doesn't mean, that does it?

Hell, you tell me what it means? ("Don't hire the best. Hire the right skin color/ethnic background.") - It CAN'T mean anything other than that when it uses these bullshite #Woke terms.

I don’t know if I agree with that. 95% of this is pushed by white liberals.

Tiger's United, according to LSU athletics own words, is about "diversity and inclusion". Google it and see.

It's not a leap to see both diversity and inclusion in all of their goals even if it's not explicitly stated.
