Who knew farming was hard and groceries were not made in the grocery store... South Africa is getting what South Africa deserves...

All those do-gooders wanting to free the blacks in South Africa, and now they are free to starve themselves to death. But the do-gooders got in their virtue-signaling, and had their cocktail parties, and that's what really counts, isn't it?

What is really unbelievable about it is the natives were the ones doing most of the work on the farms, so it's not like they didn't know how to grow anything.

Might be a case of who the farms were given to, as in political cronies. Jugo Chavez killed oil in Venezuela by firing the white collared workers who went on a 6 month strike and stopped production and upgrading then replaced 3 to 1 with cronies. Even after giving leases to Chinese and Russian companies still cannot increase production.

This isn’t a lesson on communism

Nope. A book comes to mind, "The Bell Curve", which seems to have relevance here.
