He does. However, according to Minnesota law he was not legally carrying at the time. He did not have his identification and he did not have his concealed carry permit on his person. So, it is a moot point. He created the conditions for his own demise.
even if he was perfectly legal under Minnesota law the moron still committed a felony while armed. You do not have any Amendment that covers that in fact there are laws against that. Federal and state.

Having a conceal carry does not make you above the law. It doesn't give you a "I can legally carry this firearm where ever I wish and LEO can not touch me" card. You still must follow THE LAW.

Well, that's sort of true. Having a concealed carry and having a concealed weapon by definition, no one knows you are carrying. That's the way it should remain unless you need it in self defense. Defending someone else is your call and you have to live with the decision.

When I get stopped I always present my card and let them know whether I am, or I am not, carrying. I've also had police ask to hold the weapon in their car during the stop and I always comply.

Varies by state. Ours is voluntary. I probably would if stopped because mine is on a magnet under my steering column.

A conceal firearm is never pulled on another unless you intend to fire it. EVER. These stories about flashing it and waving it are taught as "no-no".
Goes without saying,

It’s amazing how stupid people are. The finger was a completely separate terrorist, genius.

He had a phone that was more powerful than a 9m.

Who pulls a gun out when 8 on one PoPo jumps you?

Remember He said "sometimes they make mistakes". They did, so Own it, nothing will happen either way.

he also didn't inform the ICE officer that he was carrying and kept his hands where the officer could see them.

His frick ICE attitude cost him his life.
