Nah.
Every month. And a hard cutoff after month 3 that can be extended under only EXTREME circumstances. Too many able-bodied and able-minded people out there that just refuse to work.
I know people missing arms, legs, digits, wheelchair-bound, etc. that are productive members of society who work and contribute when they easily could just go on disability and qualify for entitlements forever.

If you can afford $1,000 iphones and samsung S Series smartphones along with $100 -$200 monthly phone plans, then you aren't very poor. At least have their SNAP benefits cut in half, they shouldn't be getting the maximum benefits allowed.
