The university, county and state are not going to waste resources arresting and prosecuting students doing something as minor as that on campus. As a tax paying citizen of Oklahoma, I would oppose it.
If Turning Point wants to pursue civil action, that is their prerogative if they feel it would be worth the money it would cost them.
