Can you elaborate which part of Highland? There is certainly a part closer to Downtown that is getting bad & certain streets can be better than others in that area but South Highlands is still a very nice place. I lived near Betty Virginia park for about 5 years & loved it. Beautiful old homes & big hills. Madison Park area is better than it’s ever been & it still has a lot of charm.
