Should Trump Name his VP candidate now to have someone campaigning in the swing states?

Normally the VP is announced close to the convention, but given the fact that this BS New York trial will run for as long as possible to keep Trump off the campaigning trail makes me wonder if getting his #2 person out there stumping should occur sooner rather than later.

This charade in NY will be over within a week. There is no way he will be kept off the campaign trail for months over this bullshite.

It's going to take at least a week to select a jury..This is a 6-8 weeks trail which is the gameplan of the DA

At some point soon, SCOTUS will step in and issue an order to the court, IMO. There has never been an American treated in this manner, especially a former POTUS.
Illegal immigrants have more rights today than a former POTUS seeking re-election this year.
