Cali will be blue no matter what.
Push Cali as a safe space for illegals. Get all the illegals to flock there and turn other blue states red by getting the immigrants out.

They are. They are future Democrat votes.
That is all that the left cares about.
Permanent underclass of illegals that can take more from the producers to help them garner more power.
