36 years ago when in Japan for a years work, I participated in a community play entitled Sheep on the Runway. had to do with the workings of an embassy staff at a remote posting. the best line in the play..... beware of the diplomate that learns the language of the country to which they are posted.....pretty much describes the official who screws off and blames others.
