My post was about Kobach's qualifications. I didn't say anything about Napolitano or Johnson's qualifications. Why aren't you talking about Kobach's qualifications, dolt?
Please list the qualifications needed that he doesn't have that previous people that filled this role had.

You keep deflecting. What do previous DHS heads have to do with Kobach's qualifications for the job?
Here's a stat for you.
DHS is the government’s third-largest agency. It has 240,000 employees and a $60 billion budget.
Kobach was as the Kansas Secretary of State. The Kansas Secretary of State has 48 full-time employees.

Assuming that is true, what does that have to do with the fact that Kobach made a request for voter informtion from Kansas that Kansas state law prohibited the Secretary of State from providing?

Your point exactly?

That's funny. That form doesn't say what information you can get by submitting that form.
Do you think by making that application, the state of Kansas is going to provide the social security numbers of all its voting citizens?

quote:DixRider, the request form is pretty self explanatory, as far as SSNs the request to the states clearly stated if your state laws preclude certain data please omit it.

Kansas refused to respond to the request. Yes or no?

So what more than a few refused even though you can purchase the data.

So you need to have experience in managing a 60 billion per year annual budget?
So who qualifies?
Tim Cook and a handful of other CEO's?

What’s even more incredible is how he seems to revel in it.

That's exactly what I mean. Anyone who has not been the CEO of an organization with a 60 billion budget should not even be considered. Weed out the non-qualified.
