I don't think GOP can stop budget bills. I hope GOP can stop gun control and voting acts bills. Dumb asses in Georgia voted for 2k instead of GOP majority.

The Constitution states the Senate must provide "advice and consent" to Supreme Court nominees. A Republican Senate not holding a vote on a Democratic nominee is withholding consent to the nominee. There is no Constitutional requirement to have an up-or-down vote.
